What to Expect at Your First Visit

Wherever you attend, the first visit is an assessment. The practitioner reviews how the problem started. They ask how sitting, driving, and work affect it. They examine how the relevant region moves. They read any films you already have.

Findings, options, limits, and fees are explained before care begins.

You may request chiropractic, physiotherapy, or both. When the spine is irritable or disc related, CSC prefers non-rotatory, low-force methods. Named tools such as FD-3000™, NSD Therapy®, and guided rehabilitation are used when that center has them available on the day you attend. Confirm when you book.

A full description of coordinated services is on the services hub.

If You Used to Visit Sri Petaling

The former center on Jalan Radin Tengah is closed. Readers from Sri Petaling, Bukit Jalil, and OUG are seen at Bukit Damansara. Do not use former Sri Petaling numbers.

When to Go to Emergency Care

Some symptoms belong in an emergency department rather than a clinic. These include loss of bladder or bowel control, saddle numbness, rapidly worsening limb weakness, fever with unremitting spinal pain, and deformity after major trauma.
