  6. Hidden Core of Posture: How muscles like the multifidus and quadratus lumborum keep you upright and stable.
  7. Track Your Progress: Recheck posture photos every few weeks to spot real changes.

Core Strength & Breathing: Learn about “canister breathing,” deep core activation, and safe strengthening basics.
