FRIM is about 5.8km Away From Our Sungai Buloh Center in Selangor, Malaysia
FRIM, in Malaysia, has everything a tourist would like to find in an eco-friendly destination. This place boasts picnic sites, camping facilities, walking trails, waterfalls, and a wide range of trees and plants. There’s even a nature education center. Located in the Kepong municipality, at 5.8 km distance from our Sungai Buloh center. The FRIM site spreads on a 545-ha area. It has been declared as a National Heritage, and it has been awarded the MS ISO 9001:2008 certification.
The campus is open every day between 5.30 am and 7.30 pm, the last entry is at 6.30 pm. Visitors can enjoy recreational activities between 8.30 am and 7.30 pm on weekdays, and between 5.30 am and 7.30 pm on weekends. Visitors who arrive by car are allowed to park only in the specially designated areas. The management of the Institute can close any of the recreational facilities in the Campus, at any given time, without the need for any prior notice.
All recreational activities in FRIM need to be enjoyed with caution, and only after observing the code of conduct and the general rules for visitors. Visitors are solely responsible for their belongings and their safety, for the entire duration of their visit. FRIM can’t be held liable for any incident, damage, loss or accident that may occur.
Passes And Entry Permits
Visitors can use the campus facility only with the prior permission of the FRIM General Director. The Institute issues permits and passes that facilitate the entry into the FRIM campus. FRIM has the right to cancel permits or to forbid visitors from entering the Campus in case of inappropriate behavior that contravenes the code of conduct and the general rules of the various recreational activities
